Professional Travel Planning Fee

For our new clients, we have introduced an upfront planning fee of $250.  Don’t worry, we don’t want your money and this fee is designed to be refunded once you return from your trip.  So why the fee? 

It is not uncommon for us to spend several hours researching and designing the perfectly planned vacation.  Often, we will share links to properties or resorts we believe are a good fit that will maximize the experience.  Sadly, some will take these hours of research and recommendations and book their trip directly, with the mistaken idea they are saving money.  Often, they end up spending more, overlooking important details all while taking our time and research to use as their own.  To protect against this, we have instituted a planning fee to ensure our efforts are truly appreciated.  After booking your vacation with us, you are automatically eligible for a refund of this fee.  Once you have returned from your trip, we will refund 100% of your planning fee.  Should you end up not booking your trip with us, your fee is applied for the time we invested in assisting in your search.
